Gold rises quietly from the fragile memory of paper
Gilded Echo transforms a humble material into a surface of quiet radiance. Layers of paper create a textured relief that resembles weathered strata or aged walls, while gold leaf and gold paint catch the light with subtle warmth. Within the layered surface, a circular form gently emerges—suggesting a hidden geometry beneath the irregular texture. The work balances fragility and permanence: delicate paper becomes structure, and gold preserves the fleeting marks of process, allowing light and material to reveal their quiet dialogue over time.
